The Water Tower

A new public square centered around the old Water Tower, with local shops and riverside restuarants and bars. In the Abbey Meadows area of the Leicester Regeneration Company plans.

Swan Nest Weir

A development of apartments and leisure, close to the National Space Centre in Abbey Meadows. An important regeneration project north of Leicester city centre.

Freeman's Meadows

A stunning development of apartments alongside the River Soar in Leicester. Before regeneration of the area, this was once a timber yard. Close to Leicester City's Walker's Stadium.


BUSM Works

An £80 million plan to provide 1,200 homes and a new park on the former British United Shoe Machinery factory site. Forms part of the significant Abbey Meadows regeneration area.

Duke Street Apartments

A tasteful refurbishment of a former Victorian warehouse and change of use to luxury apartments, close to the New Walk Conservation Area.

Digital Media Centre

The Digital Media Centre is to be located close to the new Leicester Performing Arts Centre. A further addition to the rapidly growing Cultural Quarter in St George's.

Leicester Market Square

The largest covered market in Europe. The market occupies a central site in Leicester, surrounded by some very fine architecture. All these buildings are hidden from view by a modern roof covering the stalls. Plans are afoot to at least remove this roof and possibly the market itself. This would leave a large open square for multiple uses.

Located within the Cultural Quarter, a high quality set of apartments.

Leicester University Campus

A complete overhaul for the campus located next to Victoria Park, on the southern fringes of the city centre. Plans amount to £300 million pounds worth of investment, including a new £25 million library.
